Balance, Weights (2 pounds) and Aerobic Class for Seniors
Monday January 13 through March 31, 2025 from 9:00-10:00
Wednesday January 15 through April 2, 2025 from 9:00-10:00
Friday January 17 through April 4, 2025 from 9:00-10:00
12 classes, $85 members / $95 non-members for one class per week, either Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Cost if you’d like to do two days is $170 members / $190 non-members
Cost for all three days is $255 members / $285 non-members
"Forever Young/ Active Older Adult: A low impact class that offers a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance and activities for daily living."
Equipment will be determined as per needs and preferences of participants (ie. use 1-4 lb weights, bands)

Bus Trip - Aspen Landing (Mossleigh)
Join us for a scenic drive to Mossleigh; have your lunch in the stationary train car “restaurant”; visit their garden center and gift shop.
When: Thursday, June 2, 2022
Time: Bus leaves the Heritage Center at 10:00 a.m.

Bus Trip - Military Museum -Cancelled
****Due to the low numbers of members signing up for this Bus Trip, there is not enough to fill the minimum 10 spots on the bus.
Therefore, the Bus Trip has been cancelled.
We will try for another time in the future.
